Use of these materials to train, fine-tune, ground, or otherwise build machine-learning or generative AI systems — including any system intended to produce turbulence forecasts or competing aviation weather products — is prohibited without prior written permission.

Turbulence Forecast incorporates publicly available weather data from sources such as NOAA and NCAR/UCAR. Those raw inputs remain in the public domain and can be obtained directly from their respective providers; our copyright covers the interpretation, grading, rendering, and presentation of that data, not the underlying inputs themselves.
